Qlimax CD:
There is no Qlimax 2023 CD available during this edition.
Qlimax livestream:
Qlimax 2023 will be streamed live on Q-dance Network for all Disciples across the globe. Access to the livestream is exclusively available with:
- A DEDIQATED Membership for €4.99 per month or €50 per year, which also gives you unlimited access to all the other content and formats.
- A pay-per-view ticket for €9.99. To top it all off, you'll also have access to the rebroadcast of Qlimax 2023 from 07:30 till 16:45 CET on Sunday November 19th. Come with us and get your access now via this link.
Beware of pickpockets:
Watch out for pickpockets and do not leave your belongings unattended. If you've become a victim of theft, report this at the security or at one of the service desks.
Lost & found:
Did you lose something at the event? All found items are posted online via this link. Do you see your item on their website? Please report this immediately. Once we've verified that this item belongs to you, you're allowed to collect your item or have it delivered at home. These items will be available on their website during the week after Qlimax.
Lockers:
You can hire a locker at the GelreDome during the event or before the event via this link. We’re offering the following options:
- Regular size:
Online €10,50
Offline €11,- - Large size:
Online €12,50
Offline €13,-
In a regular locker, 3 coats will fit easily. Looking for something bigger? Go for a large locker which can approximately fit 3 to 5 coats and a bag. Be aware of the fact that you can’t return to your locker during the event. The lockers for visitors with a Premium ticket are located at the Premium area, which is accessible during the event.
Merchandise:
Complete your Qlimax collection and visit one of the merchandise stands in the GelreDome. We've got five merchandise stands during this year's edition. One of the stands will be outside the GelreDome (in front of the McDonald's) and will be open at 17:00 (CET). The other four stands will be inside the GelreDome. We've got one stand in the back of the hall (while looking at the stage). The other three stands are located at the promenade. It is possible to pay with cash and card at the merchandise stands.
Click & Collect:
You can order your merchandise online via the Q-dance app which allows you to collect your order at the merchandise stand outside the GelreDome on November 18th between 17:00 and 23:00 CET. The Click & Collect service to place your order is available until November 18th at 13:00 CET.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
- Explore the latest Qlimax collection this link.
- Add your favorite items to your cart and proceed to check-out.
- Please bring your confirmation email (which contains your barcode) to the merchandise stand which is located in front of the GelreDome to pick up your order.
- Enter the Void in true Qlimax style.
Keep in mind that you need to have a valid Qlimax 2023 ticket to make use of the Click & Collect service.
Photography and video recordings:
You can bring your camera to the event; it doesn't matter how big or (un)professional your gear is. Monopods, drones, and selfie sticks are not allowed. We do advise you to be present in the moment and enjoy the show, because our video- and photographer team will capture all show moments.
Payment method:
You can pay at the GelreDome with the GelreDome Wallet. This payment card is available at the vending machines and staffed registers. You can top up credit onto the Wallet with cash, credit card, debit card or online. Additionally, you can top up your credit at any time and after the event, you can have the remaining balance refunded to your bank account. It is not possible to order the Wallet before the event. Merchandise cannot be paid with a Wallet.
ATMs:
There are no ATMs available at the GelreDome. Don’t forget to bring your bank card or enough cash to charge the Wallet.
Recycle system:
Upon arrival, you will receive one recycle token, which you can use to purchase a drink. Do not discard your cups; instead, return them to the bar or a recycling point to receive a new token or cup. Lost your cup? Then you can purchase a new one for €2. There will also be plenty of bins available to separate your waste.
Food:
There is a wide range of diverse food available at the event, including vegan and vegetarian options. If you have any allergies, you can inform the staff at one of the stands. They can assist you and provide information about the available options.
Tap water:
Free tap water will be available at the restrooms.
Drugs:
Qlimax is a zero-tolerance event. This means that ALL forms of soft and hard drugs are not allowed, this also includes weed and hash. If drugs are found, you will be handed over to the police.
Cigarettes:
It is not allowed to smoke inside the GelreDome. Smoking is not permitted inside the venue. There are smoking areas located outside the venue near entrance E and Q. Follow the signs to get to the smoking areas. It's not possible to buy cigarettes in the GelreDome.
Disabled visitors:
We have several facilities available to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There are special parking tickets available for disabled visitors. Qlimax is accessible for wheelchair users. Visitors can report to the stewards at the entrance, and they will be guided to the venue floor via the ground floor. There are also disabled toilets available in the GelreDome. Be aware that there are no specific wheelchair seating areas inside GelreDome.
Celebrate Safe:
During Qlimax we celebrate safe. If you have questions about the usage of alcohol or other drugs, you’re more than welcome at the Celebrate Safe stand, supported by Unity. Unity is a voluntary project in the Dutch party scene. The stand and their volunteers can be found on the promenade at entrance E. They provide you with an objective and open-minded info about alcohol and other drugs. You can check more info about this via this link.
First Aid:
In need of (medical) help? Please don’t hesitate to visit our First Aid station. It will be available throughout the night. Follow the signs "First Aid" to get there. The first aid is accessible from the venue floor. If you are facing the stage, it is on the left side. Additionally, you can always approach security, stewards, or bar staff if you need assistance.
Ear protection:
During Qlimax, Alpine earplugs are available for purchase at the bars of the GelreDome, merchandise stands, and Alpine stands on the promenade.
For music exceeding 87 dB, it is strongly recommended to use earplugs with a special music filter. With these earplugs, you can still hear the music perfectly, keep conversations understandable, and most importantly, prevent hearing damage and the annoying ringing in the ears after the event. Q-dance advises using earplugs or occasionally visiting quieter areas to give your ears some rest. Q-dance is not liable for any potential hearing damage.
Deodorant and perfume:
Because of safety reasons, you cannot take deodorant or perfume (spray) with you to the event. Rollers or sticks are allowed.
Power bank:
You’re allowed to bring a power bank to the event.
DEDIQATED Raffles:
The Qlimax 2023 DEDIQATED Raffles have been closed. All winners have been contacted by e-mail. If you still have another question regarding the raffles, please contact experiences@q-dance.com.
