Where can I find my ticket?
You’ve received an e-mail from Paylogic to personalize your tickets. After personalizing, you’ll receive an e-mail to download your tickets. Please click on the following link in case you haven’t received your tickets after successfully personalizing them. Be aware that only the main booker will receive this e-mail.
How can I personalize my ticket?
Tickets can be personalized by using the following link or e-mail that has been sent after purchasing the tickets.

You can use this link to personalize your tickets. Be aware that only the main booker will receive the tickets. Please check your spam folder as well.
How can I change the name on a ticket?
You can change the name on the ticket(s) of your order through the Paylogic MyOrder page.
Please note that the new order will always be on the name of the main buyer of the original order. Also, the name change will be paid by the main buyer of the original order.
To change the name on your ticket, please follow these steps:
- Go to the MyOrder page via de 'Manage order' button in the confirmation mail, or request it again through this link.
- Select 'Name Change'
- Fill in the e-mail address of new attendee
- Proceed to check out (name change request is sent upon checkout completion)
- New attendee can personalize new ticket through the button in the invite e-mail.
Can I upgrade my tickets to VIP or Premium?
It is not possible to upgrade your tickets to Premium.
Do I also need to personalize my locker or parking card?
No, there's no need to personalize your locker or parking card.
Can I sell or buy tickets via Ticketswap?
Yes, it’s possible to sell your tickets via Ticketswap. We recommend to not buy your tickets via other platforms besides our website or Ticketswap. Q-dance is not responsible if you buy fake, secondhand tickets.
What's included in a Premium ticket?
A Premium ticket grants you access to Qlimax 2023 and will also give you the following extras:
- Separate Premium Entrance
- Access to the Premium Deck
- Qlimax 2023 gadget
- Free locker at the Galaxy Lounge* (*1 locker per 2 persons)
- Welcome drink & finger food upon arrival
