TRAVEL
Train:
The station that is closest to the GelreDome is Arnhem Central. There are different trains running to Arnhem from Nijmegen, Utrecht Central, Amsterdam Central, Roosendaal, ‘s Hertogenbosch and more. From there you can take the shuttle bus to the GelreDome.
Be prepared and check 9292 for travel advice.
Shuttle bus:
The shuttle buses are located at the city center side of the station. The shuttle buses will be available from 18:00 till 09:30 (CET). The buses will run between the station of Arnhem Central and the GelreDome, so it could be possible you have to wait a couple of minutes. It is recommended to arrive as early as possible and to avoid travelling at peak hours. A ticket costs €5.90 (it's the same price for return or a one-way ticket). You can buy a ticket in one of the buses at both locations.
City bus:
At the bus terminal near Arnhem Central Station, buses depart to the GelreDome. These include line 7 to Rijkerswoerd, line 11 to Vredenburg and line 331 to Nijmegen. The travel time is approximately five minutes. You can disembark at the Transferium GelreDome stop on Batavierenweg. Across the road, you will see the GelreDome. You can reach there by using the covered pedestrian bridge.
Kiss & Ride:
You can drop off and pick up Qlimax visitors at the north side of GelreDome. You can follow the “Kiss & Ride” signs to get there. The Kiss & Ride is located next to the entrance Q and is located within walking distance from the GelreDome.
Taxi:
There is a special taxi stand at the GelreDome which is located on the north side of the GelreDome. Traffic conductors are managing the taxi stand. Don’t arrange a different taxi pick-up location. Taxis will not be allowed to pass and will be referred to the taxi stand.
Touring cars:
Organizing your own bus trip to the event? Don’t forget to sign up for your bus. It is not allowed to drop off passengers at a different place or park your bus at another place in the area. You can purchase your parking card via this link.
Bus travel:
Combi tickets including bus travels are organised externally. Questions regarding these travels, unfortunately can't be answered by Q-dance. Please get in contact directly with the company that provides your trip.
Bus departures
The main booker already received an e-mail with the bus departures times. Be aware that this e-mail could be in your spam box. If you still have any other questions, please send an e-mail to travel@q-dance.com.
Car & parking:
Turn off the navigation system from the moment you see the first yellow sign or mobile information system and follow the signs "P-GelreDome" and "P-Qlimax". There are several parking lots available for visitors at and around GelreDome. GelreDome is within walking distance from the Gelderse Poort and Rijnhal parking lots. Parking cards for the GelreDome can be purchased both on-site and in advance via this link.
The following parking cards are available:
- P-Visitors: €12.30 online (excluding service fees) and €25 on-site.
A P-Visitors ticket grants you access to a parking space available at that moment. Near Arnhem, disable your navigation system, follow the signs ''P-GelreDome'' and ''P-Event''.

Bike:
You can park your bike at the corners of the GelreDome. Unguarded and free bicycle storage racks are available nearby the entrance.
Hotel reservations:
If you and your friends have booked a Hotel Package through our website, the main booker received this voucher per e-mail. Be aware that the main booker needs to bring this voucher together with a valid ID. If you haven't received this information, please send an e-mail to travel@q-dance.com.
