Join the tribe and get your Defqon.1 gear at the official merchandise stands or online at the Defqon.1 Festival Store. We have a wide range of items, including caps, t-shirts, sunglasses, and hoodies, catering to all the needs of a true Weekend Warrior.

There are a total of six merchandise stands available - five situated at the festival site and one on the campsite. These stands are labeled as M1 to M6, which is also indicated on the map with a T-shirt logo and the number of the stand. While the festival stands are spread out across the terrain, M1 offers the complete Defqon.1 collection, while the smaller stands have just a selection of items.

Please note that payment with tokens is not accepted at the merchandise stands. It's possible to pay cash, but we prefer you pay by card.

Click & Collect

Do you want to have icecold beverages upon arrival at the campsite? Make sure to order your drinks in the Q-dance app, exclusively for all (free) Q-dance members attending Defqon.1. Starting from June 16th, at 16:30 CEST, you can conveniently place your order through the Q-dance Festival Store here. Available beverages are: 4-mixpack STËLZ Hard Seltzer, 4-pack Red Bull + POWER HOUR LED cup and a 6-pack Heineken. Guess what? These drinks are lower priced too!

When you’re ready, you can easily collect your order at the dedicated Click & Collect Bar located on the Wasted Lands.

1. Find the beverages you would like to order at festivalstore.q-dance.com/collections/drinks.
2. Add your items to your cart and proceed to check-out.
3. Pick up your order at the Click & Collect Bar located on the Wasted Lands during Defqon.1 2023.
4. Enjoy your ice cold beverages!

We understand waiting in long merchandise store queues can be inconvenient during the festival. To enhance your experience as a visitor, we're introducing the Click & Collect feature in the Q-dance App, exclusively for all (free) Q-dance members attending Defqon.1. Starting from Friday, June 16th, at 16:30 CEST, you can conveniently place your order through the Q-dance Festival Store (festivalstore.q-dance.com).

No need to worry if you suddenly realize you need a new T-shirt while enjoying Defqon.1. With the Click & Collect service, you can easily place an order from anywhere at the Holy Grounds. By utilizing this feature, you'll save time by avoiding lengthy queues. Additionally, you can check the availability of items in our stock, preventing you from an unnecessary walk.

When you're ready, you can easily collect your order at the dedicated pick-up entrance located at M1. Don't miss out on this stand, as it showcases our most amazing collection.

When can I pick up my merchandise order?
You can visit the merchandise pick-up stand during the main merchandise stand opening hours right after you received your order confirmation.
Please bring your order confirmation email. For experiences please bring your voucher that you have received in your email.

Where can I pick up my merchandise order?
You can pick up your merchandise order at the click & collect merchandise stand at the main Merchandise stand at Defqon.1. If you have ordered an experience such as tickets or drinks, please check your voucher in your confirmation email for the location.

What if I don’t pick up my merchandise order?
All orders can be picked up until the end of the festival on Sunday. After that, all unclaimed orders will be refunded.

Can someone else pick up my merchandise order?
No. Only the person mentioned on the order details can pick up the order by showing their order confirmation email.

Can I fit the products at the event?
There are no changing rooms but items can be fitted and exchanged at the stand.

Which payment method do you accept at the Defqon.1 Merchandise stands?
We accept cash and card payments. We prefer payment by card.

My item doesn't fit or is faulty, how do I return an item?
You can return your merchandise order at the service counter at the main merchandise stand at Defqon.1 If you have bought your merchandise directly at the stand you can return it at the place where you have bought it.

Returns are only accepted at Defqon.1 until 8pm on Sunday. Please click here for more information about returns. 

I want to change my current online order to a click & collect order. Is this possible?
