Preparing your trip to Defqon.1 this summer? There are multiple ways to travel to the Holy Grounds, but the best way is undoubtedly by bus. We offer a multitude of options, ranging from transfers from major stations in The Netherlands to (inter)national bus transfers.
Perks of bus transfers for Weekend Visitors:
- Access to the Camping Grounds via the Bus Entrance, located next to the Camping Grounds, instead of the Regular Entrance.
- Shorter queues upon arrival, meaning more time to set up camp and party!
- Guaranteed of a spot on Camping Fields 0 till 4 (and you don’t have to cross the infamous bridge).
- You don’t have to worry about being the designated driver.
- Travelling by bus means less cars going to Defqon.1, which results in less pollution and traffic.

- Public transport isn't available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, but bus transfers are.
- Access to Defqon.1 via the Bus Entrance located next to the Festival Grounds instead of the Regular Entrance which is located farther.
- Shorter queues upon arrival.
- You don’t have to worry about being the designated driver.
- Travelling by bus means less cars going to Defqon.1, which results in less pollution and traffic.

Weekend Warriors, this is for you! Exclusively for those in possession of a Weekend Ticket, we offer multiple shuttle services from major stations in The Netherlands straight to the Holy Grounds of Defqon.1. Keep in mind that you can also book bus transfers on multiple pick-up points with a Weekend Ticket.

- Access to the festival or Camping Grounds via the Bus Entrance instead of the regular entrance, including shorter queues.
- The Shuttle Service from Dronten Station to Biddinghuizen avoids car traffic completely.
- Guaranteed of a spot on Camping Fields 0 till 4 (and you don’t have to cross the infamous bridge).
- You don’t have to worry about being the designated driver.
- Travelling by bus means less cars going to Defqon.1, which results in less pollution and traffic.
Shuttle Service | Utrecht CS / Amsterdam CS / Schiphol Airport
With this Shuttle Service, you'll be able to travel from three major stations in The Netherlands straight to the Holy Grounds. On Thursday or Friday, the shuttle bus departs from Utrecht Central Station, Amsterdam Central Station and Schiphol Airport. On Monday, you'll return to the station you departed from.
Shuttle Service | Dronten Station
Going to Defqon.1 by public transport? Then this is the option for you! The Shuttle Service takes you straight from Dronten Central Station to Defqon.1 and back. This transfer is exclusively available for those in possession of a Weekend Ticket who arrive on Thursday or Friday and leave again on Monday.

ARE THERE ANY TRANSFERS GOING TO AND FROM LANDAL AND MOLECATEN PARK?
Each park package includes a daily shuttle bus from and to Defqon.1 for each person. The shuttle will run once every hour and will continue until 02:00 AM. Please keep in mind that at the end of each day of Defqon.1 the shuttle can be crowded, so it is possible that you need to wait a little while.
Please download your transfer voucher before checking in at the reception of the park where you are staying, you will need this to receive the needed wristband for the shuttle bus.
ARE THERE ANY TRANSFERS GOING TO AND FROM THE HOTEL THAT I BOOKED THROUGH A TRAVEL PACKAGE?
Each hotel package includes a return transfer on Saturday per person. The other days are not included in the package, these transfers can be purchased separately. Please download your transfer voucher prior to check-in. The Saturday transfer is shown on your transfer voucher by default, any extra transfers you may have purchased will be shown under 'items' on your transfer voucher. The hotel transfers will run on set times, communicated 2 weeks prior to Defqon.1.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE TRANSFER TIMES?
You will receive the transfer times 2 weeks prior to Defqon.1 by e-mail. Please check your spam inbox and read the transfer e-mail carefully. Please keep in mind that there are fixed transfer times, if you don't make it on time to the transfer bus, Q-dance Travel cannot arrange any substitute transportation or provide refunds.
I SEE A LOT OF TRANSFERS, WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TRANSFERS IN THE TICKET SHOP?
There are different types of transfers available in the shop.
The transfers shown in your travel & stay package are the private transfers from Schiphol Airport, bus transfer returns from Schiphol Airport, CS Amsterdam or CS Utrecht, Daily shuttlebus (only with parc accommodations) and daily transfers (only with hotel accommodations).
The transfers shown at the organized bus transport – Dutch bus are transfers from different places in the Netherlands. These buses are available on different days. Please pay attention to which arrival and departure day you select.

Shuttle bus Dronten to Defqon.1 . The shuttle bus is only available for those in possession of a Defqon.1 Weekend Ticket! This is a shuttle bus ticket for transfer between Dronten train station and the festival site.

HOW ABOUT BUS TRANSFERS TO DEFQON.1 AND BACK?
On Thursday and Friday, transfers from Central Station (CS) Amsterdam, Amsterdam Schiphol and Central Station (CS) Utrecht will be available. These transfers are set for Thursday or Friday and will go back on Monday. These days are set in advance and cannot be changed. The times are set as well and shown during your purchasing process.
HOW ABOUT THE DAILY SHUTTLE BUS FOR PARC ACCOMODATIONS AND HOTEL TRANSFERS?
Bus Transfers:
The parc and hotel packages include a transfer or shuttle to and from Defqon.1. Please read the information below your booked accommodation to find out all the information regarding your transfer or shuttle. The parc shuttle will run once every hour and will continue until 02:00 AM, please keep in mind that after each day at Defqon.1 the shuttle can be crowded, so you may have to wait a little while. The hotel transfers will drive on the set times communicated 2 weeks prior to Defqon.1.
Parc:
Each parc package includes a daily shuttle bus from and to Defqon.1 for each person. The shuttle bus will run once per hour. Please download your transfer voucher before checking in at the reception, you will need this to receive the needed wristband for the shuttle bus.
Hotel:
Each hotel package includes a return transfer on Saturday per person. The other days are not included in the package, these transfers can be purchased separate. Please download your transfer voucher prior to check-in. The Saturday transfer is shown on your transfer voucher, the extra transfers are shown under items at your transfer voucher. With the transfer voucher, you will receive the correct bus voucher during check-in. This is needed to enter the bus!

It is not possible to change the day or time of the transfer you have chosen during the add-on sale.

CAN I TRANSFER WITH ANOTHER TRANSFER THAN I BOOKED?
It is not possible to chooze another transfer than the one you've booked.
CAN I GO BACK ON ANOTHER DAY THAN MONDAY?
No, the transfer does not go back on other days.
CAN I HAVE DIFFERENT PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF LOCATIONS?
It is not possible to have different locations. So, if you choose Amsterdam Schiphol, you will go from and back to Amsterdam Schiphol.
I MISSED MY TRANSFER, WHAT CAN I DO?
Please contact us at our emergency number, so we can double-check for you if the transfer has left. If the transfer left, we, unfortunately, cannot arrange other transportation for you.
WHAT IS THE PICK-UP LOCATION?
We will let you know a couple of weeks in advance of Defqon.1 where your bus will be standing.
WHAT DO I NEED TO GET ON THE BUS?
Please make sure to download your latest confirmation. This confirmation will show the purchase of the bus transfer.
